Sports Medicine South of Atlanta is an all-inclusive Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine practice in Gwinnett County, Georgia headed by Dr. Gary Levengood. While Sports Medicine South heals all types of orthopedic injuries, our most common surgical procedures include anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, meniscus tears, rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability, tennis elbow, cervical spine, lumbar spine, total hip replacement and the Birmingham hip resurfacing procedure (Patient Education).
